ZGS Communications has promoted Lizett Vargas-González to Digital Sales Manager for holaciudad!, a local Spanish-language Web portal in 11 markets, launched in August of this year.
Lizett has worked for ZGS since 2004. She was most recently National Sales Manager for KTDO-48, the Telemundo affiliate in El Paso.
