News director Nancy Bauer Gonzales is out, as well as several other members of the CBS/KCAL management team, according to a source.
Scott Diener, most recently news director at KTVT and KTXA in Dallas, was named VP and news director of the L.A. duopoly yesterday. The appointment was made by Steve Mauldin, the new CBS/KCAL general manager (named in Dec. ’09), who worked with Diener in Dallas until last month.
