It’s official. The holding company of MediaNews Group filed its pre-packaged Chapter 11 reorganization today in federal bankruptcy court in Delaware. It’s expected the company will be come out of bankruptcy protection within two months.
There will be no management changes. Chairman and CEO Dean Singleton will continue in control of the company.
