Estrella TV is now in Santa Barbara on channel 32. LBI Media today signed an affiliate agreement with Applebaum Television to air its network on the low-power KSBT.
Earlier this year, LBI purchased a station in Denver and one in Chicago.
Estrella TV adds another market
