LBI Media’s Estrella TV is adding Wichita to its roster of affiliated stations. The network has signed an affiliate deal with River City Broadcasting, Inc, to air Estrella TV on KCTU-TV, channel 43.2 effective immediately. With this latest agreement, Estrella TV has 27 affiliates.
