Univision Communications today announced 2 additions to its distribution sales and marketing team. Chris Fager has been named Sr VP and Sarah Madigan VP of Business Affairs for Distribution Sales and Marketing.
Chris joins Univision from TuTV networks, where he was President of the Televisa and Univision cable networks joint venture for the last 5 years. He previously worked for E! Entertainment Television, where he helped create the company’s overseas business.
Univision acquired the TuTV networks last December. They’re now part of the company’s pay TV portfolio. The TuTV networks will now be managed by Jessica Rodriguez, Sr VP Cable Networks.
Sara was most recently VP of Distribution Business and Legal Affairs for BBC Worldwide America. She was previously an associate in the Media and Entertainment practice group at the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where Univision was one of her primary clients.
