Horta returns to ABC with new show

Silvio Horta, executive producer of the ABC comedy Ugly Betty (canceled in January of 2010, after 4 seasons) is apparently returning to the network with a new dramedy project.

Deadline Hollywood is reporting that ABC has bought Mrs. Miller, an action comedic drama from Sony Pictures TV, about a retired CIA agent pulled back into the business. Silvio will co-executive produce the show.

He’s also slated to work on a comedy based on the blog Texts From Last Night, set to air on Fox.
