He takes over for Jill Strada who recently left the station. He’ll report to Joe Bell WPOW’s VP and Market Manager.
Pio was most recently CBS Radio’s VP of Spanish Programming in Dallas and Program Director for KMVK- Mega 107.5, where he spent almost 3 years, moving there in 2009. He was previously VP/National Program Director for SBS.
Before that, he was PD and afternoon talent on KLVE-FM in Los Angeles. He started his radio career at WXDJ in Miami.
