“It’s an incredible honor to be lead sports anchor at such a prestigious station, in one of the largest markets in the country,” says Stefano. “After starting my career in my hometown of Miami for 8 years, I am very much looking forward to this next chapter in Houston. My passion for sports is what drives me, and this market offers a variety of major sporting events in which to exude that passion.”
Stefano has been at Univision 23 in Miami for 8 years. He started as an intern, moving on to his first job at the station. He has also held part time positions at WAXY 790 AM Sports Radio, and was most recently the Spanish Radio host for all Miami Dolphins games this past season.
