The new season features footage shot in November – just one before the star’s untimely death. The new episodes will focus on the singer’s family as they cope with her death, create their life and preserve the legacy of their mother, sister and daughter. The series will feature Jenni, her children: Chiquis, Jacqui, Michael, Jenicka and Johnny, as well as her sister Rosie.

As part of its premiere month, mun2 will also air “We Love Jenni,” a one-hour special celebrating the life of Rivera.  The special will air a week earlier, on Sunday, April 7 at 9 pm and will feature interviews with many of Jenni’s celebrity friends and supporters including Thalia,  Tucanes de Tijuana, Larry Hernandez, “Extra” host Mario Lopez and others.
