From L to R: show host Marco Antonio Regil; Katherine Oliver; Mayor Michael Bloomberg; MundoFox President Emiliano Saccone; Hernán López, CEO Fox International Channels

MundoFox’s game show “Minuto Para Ganar” has left Los Angeles and moved to New York City.

To kick off production of the show’s second season, MundoFox hosted a special ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday night at the show’s studio set located at ABC Studios. Mayor Michael Bloomberg and other city officials were in attendance, including Katherine Oliver, commisioner of the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment.

“Minuto Para Ganar” is the first Spanish-language production to be a part of the city’s “Made in NY” initiative, which supports TV and film productions that shoot the majority of their projects in New York City.

The program is run through the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment.

The show will feature the “Made in NY” logo in its credits and be part of the “Made in NY” marketing credit, which provides qualified productions with free, co-branded advertising in NYC subways and bus shelters.

The game show is produced by Shine Latino for MundoFox.
