Emilio Romano during the 2013 Telemundo Upfront presentation on May 14.

Telemundo Media President Emilio Romano kicked of the network’s 2013 upfront presentation on Tuesday night at Lincoln Center’s Frederick P. Rose Hall stating the “Power of T” has delivered record audiences and claiming to be the “only Spanish-language network that’s growing.”

Telemundo execs proudly touted they will be producing over 1,000 hours of new, original content across broadcast, mobile and online platforms for the new season.

The wealth of original productions from Telemundo Studios sets the #2 network apart from its competitors.

Celebrity coaches Paulina Rubio, Prince Royce and Roberto Tapia helped promote the return of Telemundo’s new hit reality competition “La Voz Kids” for a second season with a live performance on stage.

Telemundo unveiled a lineup of 5 new telenovelas, a gossip show and a new variety competition show in association with Ryan Seacrest Productions called “Duelo Musical: Super Estrella.”

The show ended with a surprise performance from Marc Anthony.
