The deal, expected to go into effect December 1, will have Entravision provide marketing and sales services to Seal Rock’s Fox affiliate KCBA Monterey, Calif. (DMA 125).
Entravision currently owns and operates television stations KSMS (Univision) and KDJT-CA (Unímas), radio stations, KLOK-FM 99.5 La Tricolor and KSES-FM 107.1 José, as well as digital assets in the Monterey-Salinas market.
