César was most recently VP of Broadcast distribution for MundoFox. He was previously President and General Manager of KTNC 42, Estrella TV in the SF Bay Area.
Before that, he spent 9 years working in multiple roles for NBCU/Telemundo Chicago, Miami and the San Francisco Bay Area, including Local and National Sales Manager for WSNS, Director of Sales for Telemundo and NBC Miami in the NBC/Universal National Sales division, and General Sales Manager for KSTS-48.
