Terra today announced it has promoted Luciane Aquino to Chief Media Officer (CMO) and Rafael Kuhn to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) as part of the company’s globalization and business development.
Most recently Products Director, Aquino joined Terra in 1999. She was responsible for creating Terra’s news team at launch. She was then promoted to Content Manager for Brazil and later asked to return to Terra to create the Portal Products’ global team. In her new role, she will lead Editorial, Terra TV, Content Alliances & Negotiation and Mobile & Social Media, as well as Portal Products.
Kuhn has also been with Terra since 1999, holding several technology-related positions within the company. He was most recently
Global Director of Technology Of Portal and Products. In his new role as Chief Technology Officer, he leads all of the technology teams within the company
