Hernández joins KPRC as health reporter

Haley Hernández started her new gig at Houston’s NBC affiliate this week. As the KPRC Local 2 Health Reporter/MMJ, she shoots, writes, edits and reports her own stories.

This is a return home for Haley, who grew up in the Houston area.

Until recently, Haley was weekend morning anchor/reporter at WCBD-TV in Charleston, South Carolina, where she spent the past 3 years.

She previously worked at NBC on the “Nightly News with Brian Williams” and CNBC as a production associate.
