Martínez promoted at Condé Nast

Raúl Martinez, Vogue’s design director since 2009, has been promoted at Condé Nast. He has been named Corporate Creative Director.

In his new role, he’ll report to Vogue editor and Condé artistic director Anna Wintour.

According to WWD, in a memo Wintour sent to Condé Nast employees on Wednesday, she wrote that Raúl would help “guide the company’s artistic direction across all platforms,” and will “bring his keen eye and strong vision to help shape the creative focus of the company as a whole.”

A cofounder of branding and advertising agency AR New York, Raúl will continue to work as creative adviser at his firm.
