Estrella TV has hired NBCU executive Susan Malfa as their new EVP, Network Sales and Marketing. She’ll be based in NY and report to COO Winter Horton.
Malfa replaces Judy Kenny, a former News Corp and Univision EVP, who held the role since January of 2013.
Kenny’s last day with the company was Friday, May 15. Malfa took over the role on Monday, May 18.
Malfa spent the last 8 years as SVP of sales for Bravo Media, Oxygen Media and Women at NBCUniversal. She was previously SVP of Ad Sales at Court TV Network. Before that, she was SVP Advertising Sales at Comedy Central, where she worked for 12 years.
