The station’s 8 pm slot shot up 293% from last year among the key demographic of Adults 18-49 and 450% among Adults 25-54. The success is attributed to Turkish soap “Suleimán el gran sultán” – a surprise hit for MundoFox in several markets besides L.A.
KWHY-TV May 2015 Sweeps Highlights:
- KWHY-TV Canal 22 MundoFOX LA posted significant growth in average primetime ratings, up 61% from May 2014 among Adults 18-49 and up 143% among Adults 25-54.
- Suleimán (at 8 pm) averaged solid 0.59 rating among Adults 18-49 and 0.88 rating among Adults 25-54.
