Joe moved to Harlingen from Houston, where he has worked during his 20-year career in the news industry.
Before joining KGBT, he was an Assignments Manager at KROI News92 FM Houston. He was previously Assignment Editor at NBC affiliate KPRC from 2012 to 2013.
Joe has also worked at KRIV Fox 26, KIAH CW 39 and KHOU Channel 11. He got his start at KTRK Channel 13, where he spent 9 years.
