She’ll continue to be based in Miami and report to Enrique Caballero, SVP, Human Resources.
In her new role, she’ll provide HR support for NBC UNIVERSO, NBC Deportes and local corporate functions, as well as aid in the development of a leadership pipeline strategy.
Sandoval first joined the company in 1996 overseeing daily operations of Universal Studios Hollywood’s Entertainment Center live shows, rides and attractions. Since then, she has held several Human Resources positions within the company, including Human Resources Manager, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Human Resources Manager, TELEMUNDO/NBC UNIVERSO.
