Univision sweeps July ratings in top local markets

Univision logoUnivision is celebrating ratings wins at its stations in Los Angeles, New York, Houston and Dallas, which closed the July 2015 sweep with the most-watched early and late local newscasts among Adults 18-49, regardless of language.

Univision stations in Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas and Phoenix also ranked No. 1 in Total Day viewing among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, regardless of language.

With the exception of Phoenix, the stations were No.1 in primetime among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

Here’s the complete ratings wrap up:

Early Local News
Univision stations delivered the No. 1 Early Local News among:
·         Adults 18-49 in Los Angeles, New York, Houston, Dallas and Phoenix
·         Adults 25-54 in Los Angeles, Dallas and Phoenix

Univision stations delivered the No. 2 Early Local News among:
·         Adults 18-49 in Miami, Chicago and Sacramento
·         Adults 25-54 in New York, Miami, Houston, Chicago and Sacramento
·         Adults 18+ and Households in Los Angeles and Miami

Late Local News
Univision stations delivered the No. 1 Late Local News among:
·         Adults 18-49 in Los Angeles, New York, Houston and Dallas
·         Adults 25-54 in Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas and Phoenix
·         Adults 18+ and Households in Los Angeles

Univision stations delivered the No. 2 Late Local News among:
·         Adults 18-49 in Miami, San Francisco and Sacramento
·         Adults 25-54 in New York and San Francisco
·         Adults 18+ in Miami and Houston
·         Households in Miami

Total Day
During the July 2015 sweep period, Univision was the No. 1 broadcast station in Total Day viewing (Monday-Sunday 6 a.m.-2 a.m.) among:
·         Total Viewers 2+ in Los Angeles
·         Adults 18-49 in Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas and Phoenix
·         Adults 18-34 in Los Angeles, New York, Houston, Dallas and Phoenix

Univision was the No. 2 broadcast station in Total Day viewing among:
·         Total Viewers 2+ in Miami
·         Adults 18-49 in New York
·         Adults 18+ in Los Angeles and Miami
·         Households in Los Angeles and Miami

Primetime
During the July 2015 sweep period, Univision was the No. 1 broadcast station in primetime among:
·         Total Viewers 2+ in Los Angeles and Houston
·         Adults 18-49 in Los Angeles, Houston, and Dallas
