Telemundo premieres new Sunday night show

One week after debuting a new Saturday night variety show, Telemundo is welcoming another program to its weekend lineup. “Ya Era Hora con Erika y Eduardo” premieres this Sunday, November 15 at 10 pm ET.

The show is hosted by Érika De La Vega and Eduardo Videgaray, with the special participation of Boris Izaguirre.

The hosts will debate on current issues and affairs related to politics, entertainment, celebrities and news stories “in a fun and humorous mode” and will feature interviews and parodies.

An actress, comedian, and TV and radio host in her native Venezuela, Érika previously hosted “Erika Tipo 11,” on Venevisión and “El Show de Erika… Casi Late Night” on Telemundo Internacional. She was also the host of “Latin American Idol” for four seasons and became the voice of Dolly in the Spanish version of “Toy Story 3.”

A former Televisa show host, producer and comedian known for his “dark humor,” Eduardo has been host of “La Sopa,” Mexico’s version of the E! Entertainment franchise “The Soup,” “El Incorrecto,” and Mexico’s version of “Big Brother.”

Boris, a judge on Telemundo’s reality “Yo Soy El Artista” and contributor to several of Telemundo’s programs, will have a special participation on on the show. A screenwriter who co-authored several popular telenovelas in his native Venezuela, Boris worked in several TV shows in Spain, inluding “Crónicas Marcianas” and “Mira Quien Baila,” on Televisión Española network.
