“Hasta Que Te Conocí” debuts this Sunday, September 11 at 8 pm ET/PT.
The 13-part series filmed entirely in Mexico by production house BTF Media, was produced by Disney Media Distribution Latin America and Somos Productions in collaboration with Juan Gabriel.
The series was scheduled to air later this year, but Telemundo moved up its premiere.
The miniseries will be part of a 3-hour primetime programming block.
At 7 pm, before the first episode, the network will air “Amor Eterno,” a TV special featuring behind-the-scenes of the series and interviews with people who had an impact on Juan Gabriel’s life.
Telemundo will follow the miniseries premiere with a tribute to the Mexican star hosted by singer and actress Angélica María. “Juan Gabriel: No Necesita Presentación” will air at 10 pm ET/PT.
