ESPN Deportes and ESPN Mexico and Central America have added a new daytime edition of SportsCenter to its programming lineup.
The show, anchored by Sergio Dipp and Cristina Alexander, is now the first SportsCenter edition of the day, airing at 12 pm ET Monday through Friday.
Sergio, a soccer and American football expert, is one of the network’s youngest commentators. He regularly appears on other ESPN Deportes programs such as Fútbol Picante and Toque Inicial.
Cristina, who makes her studio commentator debut on this show, was previously an ESPN correspondent in Guadalajara for the past two years covering Mexican soccer clubs Atlas and Chivas.
Produced from ESPN’s studios in Mexico, the show’s content will include top news from the previous night and preview what’s coming throughout the day. It will also feature analysis from ESPN’s commentators and analysts from around the world.
The show was launched on Monday, November 14.
