Wilson will be responsible for ensuring the company is operating within the law at all times.
In addition to setting legal policy, she’ll oversee insurance and risk management, ethics and business compliance, real estate, human resources, intellectual property, as well as corporate governance and business policy.
Wilson was most recently VP and General Counsel at Cast & Crew Entertainment Services.
