Telemundo’s WNJU in New York is the latest in the company’s station group to launch an investigative unit.
“Telemundo 47 Investiga,” which kicks off today, will air during the station’s weekday newscasts at 5, 5:30 and 6 pm.
Investigative reporter Pablo Gutiérrez will lead the unit. He’ll also collaborate with sister-station NBC 4 New York on joint investigative projects.
Gutiérrez joined WNJU in 2012 as general assignment reporter.
