He has partnered with longtime music entrepreneur David Torres to launch a live music promotions company.
Called INVIVO Media Group, the new company aims to produce and sell 100 premium live music events across the U.S. in its first year, capitalizing on 2016 Nielsen Music360 data that shows Latinos spend 100% more on live music than the average consumer and that there is growth potential in the U.S. Latino live music marketplace.
The group will also provide strategic media consulting for domestic and international sports organizations, media rights licensing and distribution.
Prior to working for HBO, Cordero was EVP & General Manager of FOX Deportes, and VP & General Manager of Univision Chicago.
