Rios, who was EVP/GM of SuperRadio Latino Network from 2013 to 2104, and is the co-founder and GM of content syndicator Media Latino Communications, previously spent 18 years as a radio programming and operations consultant for various broadcasters in Washington, D.C., Phoenix, Los Angeles, Houston, San Antonio and Austin.
