María Elena Salinas begins her final week at Univision with daily tributes to her 36-year career with the network, leading up to her last day on the anchor desk next Friday, December 8.
Univision News dedicated last night’s entire on-hour episode of “Aquí y Ahora” to Salinas’ journalism career at the network.
Starting tonight, the “Noticiero Univision” newscast will feature special reports highlighting different aspects of the multi-award winning anchor’s trajectory, including her professional and philanthropic work.
Jorge Ramos, her co-anchor since 1987, will present the first in the series of stories.
