KBLR Telemundo Las Vegas is adding MMJ Catalina Mejía to its news team.
This will mark Mejía’s first official on-camera reporting gig.
She’ll be joining Noticiero Telemundo Las Vegas on weekdays at 5, 5:30, 6 and 11 pm.
Her on-air debut will be April 25.
Mejía arrives to KBLR after working as a production assistant for NBC 4 and Telemundo 44 in Washington, D.C. since 2018.
She previously collaborated with Capital News Service, where she reported on Maryland State legislature and contributed to vlogs, podcasts, 360 videos, live streams and web documentaries.
The University of Maryland graduate also hosted her own podcast, “Up front with Catalina Mejía” since 2017.
