Telemundo Las Vegas has hired Jenniffer Guerra as meteorologist.
She’ll be covering weather on the “Noticiero Telemundo Las Vegas” weekday newscasts at 5, 5:30, 6 and 11 pm.
The station announced her arrival today.
She replaces Jessica Fernández, who left the station in September.
Guerra previously worked as an aeronautical meteorologist for the International Airport Jose Martí in Havana, Cuba.
She obtained her degree in meteorology from Instituto Superior de Tecnologías y Ciencias Aplicadas (inSTEC) in Cuba and earned a master’s degree in Atmospheric Sciences in Universidad de Sao Paulo, Brazil.
