Maggie Salas-Amaro has started a new job at Scripps-owned WPTV Newschannel 5.
She is a producer for the West Palm Beach NBC affiliate’s Sunday morning political program “To The Point with Michael Williams.”
She was previously a producer at Miami’s Univision 23 on regional public affairs program “Al Punto Florida.”
Salas-Amaro is a former network executive, who worked as Director Programming and Acquisitions for Hola TV (2013-2016), Director Lifestyle and Entertainment for Fox International Channels (2010-2013), Director of Affiliate Relations for Mega TV (2007-2010), and Director Programming and Network Strategy for Telemundo Network (2004-2007).
She has also held managerial roles at Walt Disney TV International and Viacom International.
