Kristin Diaz has made the switch from TV to radio, landing a job in her hometown of Dallas.
She has joined KRLD NewsRadio 1080. She co-anchors the station’s weekday afternoon news from 3 to 7 pm.
“I am absolutely thrilled to be back in the town that I grew up in and at a station with such amazing talent,” she tells Media Moves.
Diaz previously spent 8 years at KIII-TV, the ABC affiliate in Corpus Christi, most recently as weekday morning news anchor. During her time at KIII, she was a weather anchor and morning reporter.
She started her career as a production assistant at KDAF CW33 in Dallas.
