Digital media tech company Canela Media has hired Andres Rincón as Senior Vice President of Sales, overseeing the East Coast region.
He’ll continue to be based in New York City.
Rincón previously spent over 10 years at LATV Networks, where he was VP of Sales and Strategic Partnership. During his tenure at the LA-based bilingual broadcast network, he was responsible for revenue and stewarding the company’s linear network, digital platforms, client relationships and go-to-market strategy.
Prior to LATV, Rincón was Director of Sales for Azteca América, from 2008 to 2010 and was Director of Business Development and National Sales Manager for ZGS Communications, roles based in Dallas.
The company brought Rincón on board, following its launch of ad-supported streaming service Canela.TV earlier this year.
