Luis Silberwasser is stepping down as President of Univision Television Networks Group, a role he’s held since January 2021.
He’s moving on to a new position as Chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery Sports, where he’ll lead the company’s domestic sports portfolio and oversee its global sports strategy.
The move marks his return to Discovery. Silberwasser, who was President of Telemundo networks before Univision, previously spent 16 years at Discovery Communications.
