KTAZ Telemundo 39 has added multimedia journalists Maria de los Angeles Franco and Silvia Sanchez to its news team.
Both will work for the Phoenix station’s Noticiero Telemundo Arizona.
Franco joins KTAZ after working as a news anchor at Globovisión in Venezuela from 2019 to 2020. She was previously international news anchor for Canal I in Caracas, Venezuela from 2017 to 2019.
Before arriving to the station, Sanchez worked as freelance reporter for Estrella TV and Radio Bilingüe in 2022. Before that, she was a multimedia journalist for Univision Arizona from 2018 to 2022.
