Alex Terreros has been promoted to multiplatform managing editor at KTMD Telemundo Houston.
In his new role, Terreros provides editorial direction to staff, including reporters, photographers, assignment editors, and producers. He oversees the newsroom’s content gathering needs across all platforms while maintaining leadership in the digital operation.
Terreros has been with Telemundo Houston since 2013, initially serving as a web and social media editor before advancing through the ranks of digital management.
Previously, in his native Colombia, he worked in various political communications roles. He also worked as a writer and editor in various Colombian publications, including El Tiempo and La Prensa newspapers.
