Javier García has been promoted from SVP competitive marketing and product strategy to SVP of sales and marketing at Comcast’s Central Division.

In his new role, he’ll lead the division’s sales and marketing functions, overseeing brand and product marketing, sales, and customer retention strategies, spanning 12 states.

He will continue to be based out of Atlanta.

García was previously SVP sales and marketing for Comcast’s Florida region for almost six years and also spent time in Philadelphia as SVP and GM of XFinity Multicultural Services.
