Jacqueline Castro named VP of Production at Telemundo Studios

December 13, 2024 by Veronica Villafañe

NBCUniversal has appointed Jacqueline Castro to the newly created position of Vice President of Production at Telemundo Studios.

In this role, she will be responsible for production strategy, overseeing both in-house and third-party productions, and will report directly to Javier Pons, EVP of Telemundo Studios.

At Telemundo Studios, which revamped its leadership structure earlier this year, Castro will lead several Spanish-language production teams and collaborate with development executives to assess projects, and implement creative adaptations aimed at optimizing production workflows and delivering innovative, relevant content for U.S. Hispanic audiences.

Castro previously served as an executive at Sony Pictures Entertainment Latin America. You can read more details on Forbes.
