Jonathan Bujosa hired as MMJ at Telemundo Tampa

February 19, 2025 by Veronica Villafañe

Telemundo Tampa has hired Jonathan Bujosa as a multimedia journalist for its daily newscasts.

He will make his on-air debut on Noticiero Telemundo 49 next week.

Before joining the Telemundo-owned station, Bujosa worked as an MMJ at KWEX Univision San Antonio, where he covered daily news, produced digital content, and managed media logistics.

Earlier in his career, Bujosa served as a news producer at NotiCentro WAPA TV in his native Puerto Rico. During his tenure, he developed coverage plans, led editorial meetings, and played a key role in shaping news content.

Bujosa also gained experience at Telemundo Puerto Rico, where he worked as a production assistant for “Jay y sus Rayos X” and as the director of photography for “Borinqueando.” In these roles, he contributed to content development and social media strategy.
