LMN reorganizes leadership structure by regional markets

February 4, 2025 by Veronica Villafañe

Latino Media Network (LMN) has announced leadership changes as part of a reorganization into three regional market groupings, aimed at enhancing local operations and impact.

The company has named three former Univision sales veterans to take on the roles of regional general managers of each group:

Mauricio Palacios will manage the California and Nevada markets, including Los Angeles, Fresno, and Las Vegas. Palacios joined LMN in 2023 as General Manager of the Las Vegas office. He previously spent 16 years at Univision Communications in sales leadership roles, including Director of Sales, where he led revenue initiatives and developed marketing solutions across local, national, and digital platforms.

Vicky Guerrero will oversee the Texas markets, including McAllen, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. Guerrero brings 26 years of experience at Univision Communications, where she advanced from account executive to President and General Manager in McAllen, Texas, leading the company’s top three Spanish radio stations.

Mike Sena will lead the Chicago market in addition to his current oversight of the Miami, Florida market. Sena has over 21 years of experience at Univision in Miami, where he held various sales management roles and served as General Manager of TelevisaUnivision Miami AM radio stations before their acquisition by LMN.

These regional general managers will report to Raysa Rodriguez-Leon for commercial sales and Ken Wilkey for operational matters.

According to the company, the reorganization is designed to improve local sales and promotional efforts while aligning with LMN’s broader goals.

What is the deal with LMN? They have had at least 3 leadership changes, little to no original programming and in some major markets barely getting numbers. How can this company succeed? Or is it a spinoff for Univision radio stations?
