Carlos Perez has joined Estrella MediaCo as Vice President, Regional Director of Sales for the Los Angeles region.
In his new role, Perez will oversee integrated sales efforts across digital, TV, and radio media outlets in L.A. He will focus on developing innovative strategies and solutions to drive client success.
His appointment follows MediaCo Holding Co.’s decision to proceed with its plans to acquire Estrella Media’s radio and TV stations.
A Los Angeles native, Perez brings over two decades of experience from TelevisaUnivision, where he held various executive leadership roles, including VP of National Sales for the Texas region and VP Director of Sales for the Dallas and San Francisco markets. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer for TelevisaUnivision’s Northern California region.
Earlier in his career, Perez worked in digital sales for TerraLycos in Los Angeles. He began his professional journey in strategic media planning at L.A.-based advertising agencies Initiative Media (formerly Western International Media) and Mendoza Dillon.
