Ronald Day has landed a new job, overseeing the Miss Universe Organization as its chief executive officer.
In his new role, Day will work closely with national directors, sponsors, and strategic partners to expand media growth and strengthen the organization’s connection with a global audience.
Operating from MUO’s offices in New York City and Mexico City, Day will lead the organization’s operations and strategy across Western countries, focusing on coordination with national franchises and enhancing communication channels throughout the Miss Universe ecosystem.
Day was most recently President of Entertainment and Chief Content Officer at Telemundo, where he led the development and production of several reality shows and live specials, including the Miss Universe pageant. He resigned from his post earlier this year.
Prior to joining Telemundo in 2018, he spent 20 years in various leadership roles at Univision.
