Telemundo Studios has signed a deal with Globo, Brazil’s leading media company, to co-produce premium content.
The announcement comes three days after Telemundo’s Upfront presentation and after the company outlined its programming vision ahead of the event.
As part of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), both companies aim to develop original films and series, expanding their reach to international audiences.
This collaboration builds on a history of successful co-productions, including Spanish-language adaptations of hit Brazilian telenovelas, most notably El Clon (O Clone).
