Carmen previously worked for Telemundo. She was a news anchor for WNJU-47 in New York from 1998 to 2002. That year, she joined Univision’s “Primer Impacto.” In 2006, she became a correspondent for “Aquí y Ahora.”
Carmen was fired a year ago from Univision, after she publicly revealed she was allegedly physically abused by her then husband and fellow co-worker Fernando del Rincón. He was fired shortly after.
