Another political race for Moreno

Helena Moreno, who left the anchor desk of WDSU-6 in New Orleans 2 years ago to enter politics, lost a congressional race, but she’s not giving up.

She’s now in a run-off for Louisiana House District seat 93. The face-off is tomorrow. Apparently she’s doing well in the polls, but it has been a very heated race. Her opponent is Larry Perry, a former mayoral candidate.
