Telemundo’s cable network announced it will launch a new website in September of 2011. The move comes as mun2’s online audience and engagement continues to grow. According to the network, the mun2 site in March had 420,000 unique visitors and almost 7 million page views.
The new website will be optimized to work on mobile devices – from tablets, to smart phones and gaming consoles. mun2 will also release a companion app for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
mun2 launched its current social media platform in 2008.
