Univision names sports VP

Univision has appointed Eric W. Conrad VP of Programming for Univision Deportes. In this role, he’ll oversee sports programming, acquisitions and content development operations across all of Univision’s platforms. Eric will be based in New York and will report to Alexander “Sandy” Brown, President of Sports, Univision Communications Inc.

Eric joins Univision from ESPN, where he was most recently Sr Director of Programming and Acquisitions for ESPN and ESPN Deportes. Before that, he was Manager, Latin American/U.S. Hispanic Sales and Marketing for Major League Baseball.
