Univision Radio to provide content on iHeartRadio

September 29, 2011 by Veronica Villafañe

Clear Channel Radio and Univision have announced a strategic distribution partnership.  Starting later this year, Univision Radio will extend its reach through the New iHeartRadio platform wherever it is available, including web and mobile.

The New iHeartRadio is Clear Channel’s free digital radio service that offers more than 800 broadcast radio and digital-only stations from 150 cities, which also allows users to create custom radio stations.

Fans will be able download the mobile app and use the new iHeartRadio to tune in to Univision Radio’s wide range of formats and radio personalities, including Omar & Argelia, from LA’s morning radio show, Dra. Isabel, Piolín, Raul Brindis (y Pepito), host of Houston’s morning show and Javier Romero, from Miami morning radio.
